Default Tradds Landing Question

Does anyone live or know anyone that lives in Tradds Landing (Clermont)? We looked at two homes there. Opinions of that area?

I don't know about that area, but when we were going to buy, we looked in Timberlane and Hartwood Reserve. We wanted to stay in the lost Lake Elem. school district.
Hartwood Reserve has amenities (pool, etc), Timberlane does not. But the homes are nice.
