Question daytona/orlando

My friend and I may relocate to Florida. I will likely work in Orlando, she in Daytona. Can you suggest communities that offer a reasonable commute to both?

Lake Mary, Sanford, Deltona, & DeLand are probably your best options. If schools are a concern you should definitely consider Lake Mary & Sanford. However, real estate prices are probably lower in Deltona & DeLand. Lake Mary & Sanford have very nice gated communities you might want to consider.
