SUBDIVISIONS SUNRISE LAKES PHASE I,II,III Good or Bad?
Hello there,
We see a lot of homes we are interested in buying in these subdivisions. Does anyone have any good or bad advice on them. We see alot of bank owned homes. What is the neighburhood like, etc? We are from the U.K Any Advice would be welcome!!

Lived in the Orlando area now for almost 30 years. I don't think you would be dissappointed with the Sunrise Lake area if you and your Hubby decided to move there. Can't recall ever hearing any bad news come from out of that area.
