Default Moving to Florida from New York Single Professional M

Hello Everyone....

I am a single male 35yr old Real Estate Broker In New York.

I think I need a change and have I have been thinking about moving to Florida for some time now...

Many years ago I lived on the west coast, clearwater.. and loved it, but I am open to any area as long as there are people my age within.

I need help...I want to live in an area where the age ranges from 25-45, as many singles as possible..lol Great beaches, nice dining....

I enjoy working out on a regular basis, and keeping fit. So I would prefer to be in an area where the people think alike....

Also I will be in the market for a job...Real Estate Leasing Consultant?? Over 10yrs exp. in the field.

Can anyone help...thanks
