I'm a single mother with an eight year old son. Background about my situation, all we all know the city is very expensive just cannot afford to live comfortable any more. I'm employed full time gross monthly payments is $4,300 a month which is not much. I have decided to move south. I would like your opinions on this thing listed below

1. Best school districts ( My son has been diagnosed as ADHD look for a school that has classes that will Carter to his learning ability)

2. Would I be able to rent an apartment with a pitbull if not what are my options.

3. Family oriented area (since I'm a single mom I want would to raise my son in a area filled with children.

4. Can I use my ezpass for tolls.

I have decided to start fresh so I will bringing very litter enough just to fit in my suv mostly electronicsand clothes, no furniture will be coming with us. My goal is to save $4k to cover all expenses is that enough?

I'm willing to pay upwards of $1,500 a month in rent for two or three bedroom. I need a third bedroom to convert into an office as i will be working from home. Are utilities included in rent. Looking to live near the Orlando area or right outside upwards of an hour drive at most.

I feel like I'm forgetting to ask so much.

Seminole and Orange County both have good schools. Orange can be more hit or miss. Do you know where you will be working? You'll want to base where you live on where you work.

Some apartments will allow pitbulls while many have a list of restricted dog breeds. Renting a house would probably be a better option.

The best areas (in my opinion) are: Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Winter Park, Thornton Park, Audubon Park, Delaney Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs and Lake Mary.

You'll have to get a FL pass for tolls, either a SunPass or E-Pass.

She's working from home.

The dog will be your biggest challenge. You may want to look into a small home, but that's not incredibly realistic at a 1500 pricepoint.

Utilities are not going to be included in rent.

You'll find what you need if you can up your rent budget 200-300 a month.

For the record, each county in Florida operates it's own School District- so you'd be looking for specific Enrollment Zones, however as of next year that will be done away with as well, with what may be a chaotic open enrollment.

There are a variety of good Elementary and Middle Schools, but do choose wisely.
