I live in Buffalo, NY and nothing NOTHING could be worse than NY, not Ct and not FL! Besides being taxed to DEATH, freezing my ass off 5 degrees right now, sky high utility bills $460.00 for heating a home built in 1980 1000 sq ft. fully remodeled eneergy efficient with the thermostat set at 58 because I dread how much more money the bill would be, no jobs, no big businesses, no culture, no nightlife, oh but we do have red lobster & olive garden I guess that makes up for everything else--------------------

hey with a red lobster and olive garden next door you have got it made. Those prices you quoted on the size property you have are ridiculous. you need to move down south for a sun filled lifestyle.
