I'm 21 years old living around the D.C. area. I would like within a year to move down towards Florida. My husband and I are looking for a fairly cheap place to live within the $600-$800 price range in rent.
I would appreciate it if someone could give me a comparison. My rent right now is $900 cell phone $130 Car payment and car insurance $435 Monthly Car's Gas $100 Groceries $150 Trash $15 Water $30 Gas $50 Electricity $60 Cable $120 We would be working regular run of the mill teenager jobs while saving up for school. Are these figures the norm for early 20 year olds in Florida? Also, we are considering moving to Florida with our best friend who has lived with us for 2 1/2 years. He has his own concerns. He would be looking for a gay friendly area to move to. |
