Default Relocating to Orlando area

I recently got a job with Disney working in Celebration, Im hoping someone can help out with the safe areas to rent. My wife and I have 2 kids (2 and 10 months), and we dont really want to spend more than 13-1400 a month. Im hoping to either be west or south of Celebration, but it doesnt matter to me as long as the area is safe for my family. Can you guys offer me some ideas? Im concerned about all the crime I see, and not sure anymore which areas to really be looking at.

Thanks,

Nick

You could rent a 2/2 condo in Celebration for that.

Default hi there

I Specialize in the Celebration/Winter Garden/Windermere area, and ive got to be homest with you, if your looking for 3 beds you wont find anything within your price range in Celebration. If your happy to commute 20-30 min each day i could recommend Winter Garden. If your happy to live in a 3 bed condo there might be something available on the system for Celebration, but i know there are townhomes in that price range and some houses in Winter Garden in that range. Crime over here is pretty low. I live in Winter Garden and have never seen or experienced any probs. My family live in Celebration and although they have very low crime, they are having increasing problems with youngsters and grafitti. I recently managed to source a property in Reunion which is only about a 15 min drive from Celebration and there were some reasonable properties.

Hope this helps

Hi, I think celebration would be expensive to rent?
Are you open to other ideas or you set on celebration?

Default Celebration

I live and breath Celebration.
3 BR Bungalo's @ 1600-1900 ft go for $1600-2000 monthly.
There are condo's in town that will rent for $1200-1600 per month @ 1000-1500 ft.
There are a lot of apartment/condo conversions that you have to watch out for.
Otherwise Champions Gate has some more affordable units for rent.
Celebration is the best for families and the k-8 school is tops.
Hope this helps.
