He should veto it, but since when has he done anything reasonable?

Thanks, trunky!

I just found it here, too.

Sen. Reid to defy Bush on foreclosure rescue plan - Yahoo! News (broken link)

Wow.

Maybe Bush is tired of ticking off the average American.

I'll be darned if I'm going to sit by, while I've been patiently saving my pennies, and watch my tax dollars reward greedy and ignorant people.

I WILL BE DARNED.

Default lol

I wasnt actually referring to you hip, although im sure you have an idea of the people im talking about. I liked your last post by the way.

I will be honest with you though, i have no problem with people disagreeing with me, and i enjoy debating our differences. Goodness, what a boring world it would be if we all agreed. But what i do have a problem is when people make personal attacks on people just because of their profession. I know, you know, everyone knows there are some terrible realtors out there who i am sure only care about themselves. But to lump all realtors in the same category is ignorant for want of a better word. I like spiff balling ideas around and if new info comes out i like that people will point it out so that i can educate myself further, which is what the poster pip did when they put that article out there. What i do object to is people wh ocriticise my motives without even knowing me, (and im sorry if you thought my previous post was directed towards you, it wasnt).

There was a realtor on here earlier who had copied the same response on many threads trying to get business and advertise. Hey if you want to do that, thats fine, if we are all allowed to do that, but knowing you cant do that, and then doing it anyway, doesnt say much about your character to me. But all i ask is have an open mind, debate the points, and dont let a few bad eggs tarnish all the good ones.

OKAY. Rant over....lol. I only have one thing to say to you all. THANK GOODNESS AMERICAN IDOL IS BACK.....lol

But we digress.

Which is why I'm trying to gauge, or get a rough estimate of when the best time to buy will be. . . just so I have a general idea of when I need to be ready to make that jump.

The more I read (here and elsewhere) it seems I may have to wait a little while longer. I can stay here where the cost of living is super low and save money. Earliest I'd be ready to move is in a year and a half to two years, like the title indicates. . . but if that time comes and it looks like the market is still falling, I can sit tight and save more money.
