It's good for families too as there are enough chain restaurants to keep you happy as well as Publix and Walgreen's. The Celebration HS school district is well-rated too. A few minutes west is Posner Commons (US27 and I-4) which is a regional shopping center with plenty of restaurants/shops also.

In your world maybe, but a vast majority of chain restaurant customers are residents. I don't disagree with your assessment otherwise however.

I would think it would depend on what type of business the friend is moving down to start there as to whether it will succeed. If it is geared to older people not so much probably because a lot of Disney CMs live in that area just like they do in Clermont.
My friend makes exercise apparel. She has a business partner now since her business has grown so big. I just hope she keeps it going--she deserves all the happiness this world has to offer

My wife and I stayed at Champions Gate several years ago and felt that it was in the middle of no where.

That was several years ago, Central Florida growth moves along pretty quickly.

My friend sent me pictures of the area and there is still allot of construction going on. It looks like a nice area though. She is unpacking this week there
