we are a family of 3 loooking to move down to florida and are looking at more upscale gated communities.. we love love love keenes pointe . how are the taxes ? is it olympia high school or w. orange .. is it better than celebration ... we neeed help. ( we already have a real estate agent .. )

Yes, the taxes are high, you are paying Windermere taxes. You are zoned currently for West Orange High, but there are plans to build a new high school on 535...not sure if this will come soon with the way the market is though. IMO it is better than Celebration. Close to shopping,new restraunts,disney...but far enough away from the tourist trap that is VERY close to Celebration. If you have a realtor he/she should be able to tell you all this, that is what they are there for...HTH

Not to point out the obvious but your agent can suggest the areas that would fit your goals. There are several that come to my mind, especially if the better schools are the goal, even over Keenes and Celebration.
