Windermere/Winter Garden area is a great place....I think any areas have lots of homes going to forclosure these days. I actually have a 5 bdrm home in a gated communtiy for rent, it has an enclosed yard. We have a great public elementary school and there are several excellant private schools in the area. Don't know how much you are looking to spend, which might narrow your options down a bit.
