Looking for boat-friendly & inexpensive communities
Hi everyone,
Hubby and I are starting the wheels turning to relocate to the Orlando area. We're looking for an area with low crime, an hour's drive or less to space coast/east Orlando hi-tech jobs, an hour's drive or less to Disney, big yards, home prices under $350K and either no Home Owners Association or one with covenants that don't ban boats in the driveway. Close access to a good sized lake would be a plus. Hubby doesn't mind a long commute as long as traffic is flowing. Thanks in advance!
