Sanctuary or Live Oaks Reserve
Which development has more amenities, better location, better resale value.
I believe it will be close both areas seem to be very nice. I just want to see what some of the opinions are, Thanks

Well, being as the two neighborhoods are across the street from eachother, neither has an advantage as far as location. I believe both have similar amenities, pool, tennis and basket ball courts, but Live Oak seems to have HOA dues about $50 less a qtr than Sanctuary.
As far as resale value, again they are across the street from eachother and both neighborhoods have just about the same build quality. Live Oak does tend to have slightly larger lots, but not by much. Currently homes in Live Oak are higher priced than Sanctuary. In the short term Live Oak is still selling new from the builder, so re-sale is going to have tough competition, but Sanctuary is built out.
At the end of the day it's a push. (though my personal preference is Live Oak). The communities are quite similar, so the only real thing you should base your decision on is the individual aspects of the home you find in either neighborhood, and how good a deal you can get on it in today's market.
