Yup.... most people aren't smart enough to see below the surface.

I'll give you another example. I'll take $100K in Orlando over $200K in SF.

GREAT example! National Average: 100. Orlando 119.86. San Francisco's Buying Power Score is..... 532.49. In other words, even though that salary is 100% higher than Orlando's, Orlando dollar goes about 412% farther than SF's. SF's Buying Power is at a 432% deficit compared to the national average. That's by far the worst of any city and metro in the nation (2nd worst is Honolulu at 612.01). With Buy Power than low, there's no way that it's can't affect the average person's/family's quality of life.
