Hello,

Does anyone know the latest updates to Del Webb in Orlando? I would like to take a discovery tour in June. I thought I could get some feedback from current residents. I really like the idea that it is relatively small compared to other Del Webb communities. Thanks

My in laws looked at Del Webb a few weeks ago. They were not impressed-it's lumped in with some not as nice neighborhoods, in an area near a mobile home park. The sales person said odd things to them about crime. They couldn't get out of there fast enough. Nicer 55 plus in the area are Four Seasons (K Hovnanian), Trilogy, Heritage Hills and Esplanade.

The first neighborhood in Sunbridge a new 2,000 macre development in Orange/Osceola counties will be a Del Webb community. I honestly don't think that area will be a major retirement community in the near future though. https://www.delwebb.com/homes/florid...nbridge-210031
