Being in Dr. Phillips, I use I-4 the most out of all of them. There is a rush hour, but pretty much before or after it's not bad even with all the construction. However, even during rush hour, it still crawls, I'm used to freeways literally standing still.
I am too. I’m not so much talking about the gridlock, but moreso the awful (and very dangerous) design. It’s a prime example of what NOT to do when designing an expressway. I’m a huge fan of the 408 by the way. That one makes sense. I4 sucks.

As for where I’ve driven, pretty much everywhere except for the West Coast. That includes Montreal and Toronto.

Oh ok, got you. I'm just talking about traffic. Compared to Seattle, SF Bay Area, LA, NYC, among some other places Orlando's traffic doesn't feel bad to me and I've never seen a city doing so much road construction to try to improve things.

The i4/408 interchange is pure hell, even when it isn't rush hour....

The problem is it feels too little too late. I4 has literally been a six lane road through much of central fl for decades since I grew up here...nonsensical considering the accompanying growth

Exactly...like the proverbial lipstick on a pig and hilarious how it's being presented as the overly glossed Ultimate I-4 project, like it's going to be some kind of transformational experience that'll fix everything.

Yes. Yes it is. I meant aside from that.

Yep. I read that the reason it was built that way was because they were going to put toll booths there. But that never happened...

As soon as it is finished, it will have to be expanded again.

Depends on what your salary is. I've never had an issue with owning in those areas rather did very well.

Ummm unless you're a tech founder, you aren't buying a house in SF. The median sfh selling home price in SF last quarter was over $1.5 million
