Windermere and Dr. Phillips are the most desirable areas near WDW.

You're probably going to have to pay a non-refundable pet deposit of $200 or more upfront. Also, 4 bedroom house around that area is going to be way more than $1200 per month. You'd be extremely lucky to find a 3 bedroom apartment for that price.

Sorry but your budget expectations don't seem very realistic.

LOL, just saw the budget part... well forget Windermere and Dr. Phillips... I don't know if that's possible anywhere.

Might be able to find something in Kissimmee.

The OP could look around Chatham Park, it's a community in Kissimmee. Most of the homes there are 3 bedrooms, but one of my good friends here has an aunt and uncle that live there. I've been there many times and they have never experienced crime before. They were both Disney employees who retired this year. The OP could look there, but I still think it will be out of their budget.

I do too, but they can be found if one pounces on them fast enough.

Four Corners and Davenport are also good choices. I'd actually pick those before Kissimmee. Generally less congested (for now.)

That house will probably have 50 applications submitted by the weekend and will end up renting for above asking.

OP's budget is not realistic for Orlando anymore. I did a rental search and found nothing close to Disney, you'll have to go WAY out to find what you're looking for, and chances are it will either be a 2 bedroom home in your price range or a very outdated and run-down 3 bedroom home. Sorry, but welcome to the new Orlando rental market.
