If you were a hardcore conservative in San Francisco, you'd go crazy because of all the policies and laws they pass there. You wouldn't be able to express it to 90% of your peers. That would eat away at you. It's not just about violence or being confronted with anger. No different than a hardcore liberal living in an area that is 90% conservative.



That is why I like Florida, it's a purple state. Orlando leans blue, but it's still pretty split, which I like.

Agreed...fiscally it leans conservative but socially,, it is moderate, I.e. People are ok with abortion, medical marijuana etc, unlike in the rest of the south/bible belt
