Clermont is a nice area, some very nice pockets. For my money and to get a much nicer area, i would recommend Winter Garden. Its pretty close to Clermont but in my experience alot nicer.

ZIPFL is on a distinguished road
Nice area but quite a drive if you have to go to Orlando daily. There are a lot of newer homes/communities there though.
