Im looking to buy a house in Osceola County. I was just wondering what do you guys/gals pay on property taxes and home owners insurance. If the price helps, im looking @ a foreclosure going for $100K. Thanks in advance!

I would bet for a $100,000 home you could get homeowners insurance for around $1,000. my house is more in the $350k range and mine is $1,500, we are inland so it is not nearly what it is at the coast. As for your taxes, I'd say maybe $1,200 on $100k assessed value, could be less with the new add'l homestead exemption. Just a guess based on mine at higher valuation.
