Default Homes in 32771- West of I-4

I am considering a relocation from out of state to the communities of Bella Foresta, Estates at Wekiva Park or Lake Forest. Should I reconsider based on the zipcode? The more I read on the forum, 32771 sounds like a poor decision, especially spending 900K plus for a home.
I'm sure this affects car and home insurance premiums. I love the area since it is so close to all the shopping, restaurants and Sam's Club. I am not working with a realtor at this point-I like to do my own search before hand.
Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
