It has been such lovely weather lately. DH and I spent the weekend doing yard work and now I have a great start on my tan. The warm sun feels so wonderful on bare skin and the breezes are deliciously cooling......Ahhh....we took naps by the pool on Saturday afternoon....can't wait til we retire and make it a daily event...LOL

It won't cool off at night, even for one second. Some might call it lucky, I call it hell. To doodely do!!!!
I live in Volusia county and we don't have temps that are 90's every day. I love the humidity.

I love the weather here. I have been SO looking forward to the weather getting warmer so we can again enjoy the sun and the pool.

Also in winter they get breaks it can easily be 50 and sunny. From what I've heard summers in Florida never have a cool second. It's really not the same. I don't know how you people do it, the smells of spring right now are incredible. I could never give up 4 seasons, I would go suicide crazy if I had 200 days of oppressive heat and humidity.
I freeze to death in anything under 60 degrees. We have smells of Spring, in fact there is something blooming year around here. I could NEVER live in Winter weather again after having grown up in New England.

Once again, we had an ideal day by the pool yesterday. My daughter who is 11 had two friends over, they played in the pool for 5 hours yesterday. Needless to say they also fell asleep at a reasonable time after all that.

It was an almost cloudless day where I again got to sit and chat with neighbors, catch up on our lives, play with the smaller children that were there AND listen to some music.

I'm a little sunburned or I would be out again today. By sometime in May I will be tan enough to sit out both days on the weekend and not burn. For me personally its a perfect way to unwind on the weekend.
