Default Celebration Fees

Hi, Can you help with a Celebration question? If I was to get a condo in Celebration for $350,000 what would all the fees and taxes cost for the year? The same for a $350,000 house. Thanks, Terri

If you let me know the mls numbers i can pull up all the details for the previous year. Be aware, my family have property in Celebration and taxes are ridiculously high. as a comparison, they have a 3 bed 2 bath townhome and they pay $7000 a year in taxes. My in laws have a 5 bed 4 bath 3400 sq ft home in a nice area of Winter Garden and they pay the same amount. Add to that HOA dues, CDD fees, plus with condos yo uhave a master then another association, and if yo uget a condo in the downtown area the fees are even higher.
