Default hope this helps

Well i would have to recommend Winter Garden. I live here and specialize in the area and we love raising our 7yr old daughter here. Its close to Disney, has great new shopping, some truely lovely neighbourhoods, and it is centrally located to everything. Of course, no-one will be able to give you an idea of taxes unless you specify an area. For example for a single family home in Winter garden 5 bed 4 bath 4000 sq ft taxes are $7000. In celebration, for a townhome 3/2 1600 sq ft taxes are $7000. It all depends on the area.

I have never had clients have a problem with insurance to be honest.

Hope this helps.

I'd say Seminole County. My house is worth about $240K. Taxes are about $1900/yr and insurance about $800. I prefer to buy but I guess it all depends on your situation. If you need more info, PM me and I'll be glad to help.
