Default moving companies

Good afternoon everyone...

After seven years in Orlando, its time to go. Can anyone recommend any reasonably priced moving companies, or cargo van/truck rentals?

And by reasonable, I mean less than the $672 U-Haul wants one-way to Georgia.

Thanks!

You have to also include the cost of gas to move if you do it yourself.

IMHO.. it all depends on if you want to pack/unpack the truck.. I doubt any mover is going to be cheaper than you driving it yourself. But is it worth it to you to have someone drive and pack/unpack it?

Just don't forget to figure in the cost of gas.

We are using Penske truck renatl to move to Orlando from NC. They are charging $140 including tax for 5 days. We then hired two men and a truck on both ends to help load truck (in NC) and unload in Orlando. We estimate it will be about $200 on each side for a 3bed 2 bath move with us helping and being totally ready.
Now my neighbor called Penske to move his things from storage in Michigan to Winston NC. They wanted $900 (just for the truck rental) It's about the same time and distance. So he called to change it to Charlotte a bigger city and that lowered the rates to about $200.
