I am a single latino, young man with no children moving back to orlando in 3 weeks and i Have a few apartments in mind but i wanted to know from people living in orlando or people who have lived there for a while.
Do you all know any apartments that have a lot of young people living there like from 16-25 age group wise that is still from a $500-700 price range?

currently i live in philadelphia in a almost all senior citizen apartment complex ( i did not notice this when i signed the lease and viewed the apt

i just wanted to know because i want to be in apartment complex with many peers of my age group

i greatly appreciate all sincere input
thank you all so much
regards
kp

Check out all the apartments near UCF. The college housing apartments are all actually pretty nice, and you can rent a room in them for 500 or under. There may be a few complexes with one bedrooms under 700 though if you weren't looking to have college going roommates.
