Hunters Creek is not it's own city. It is actually an Orlando address, in Orange County, hence the reason you are not finding addresses such as "Hunters Creek, FL". You will need to read the apartment listings carefully, as many will say what part of town they are in. Many times, they will say "Hunters Creek area." For an apartment that is truly considered Hunters Creek part of town, they will be Orlando addresses, not Kissimmee addresses. If you run across a zip code that begins with 347--, it is an Osceola County address. Most all Orlando addresses begin with 328--. I lived in Poinciana for three years, and it had a Kissimmee address and Kissimmee zip code. If you told people Kissimmee,, they would say "oh, ok...that's a nice area." As soon as you said "Poinciana," their tune rapidly changed to "oh.......(and dead silence)."
