Default Areas to consider when working near 408/417?

We have a possible relo to Orlando. Schools are important for our 4 kids (ages 4-12). We are open minded, we would like to know a good area for our active family. We would like to be in a family-oriented town.

With the gas prices near $4.00 per gallon, we'd like to keep our house price around $250-275k, with at least 4 bedrooms and approx 2500 sq ft. A community pool nearby would be great. The possible job will be near 408/417. I'd like to keep my commute to 20 minutes each way and be near the stores. Which areas should we look into?

We are familiar with Windermere, where the LDS Orlando Temple is located. It's a beautful area but it's located on the wrong side of town.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

momandmore is on a distinguished road
Try Waterford Lakes (32828), Oviedo (32765 & 32766). Great schools. Close to 417/408. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Mainly the biggest spots to avoid on the east side are those along E Colonial (Union Park) and Semoran and Goldenrod (Azalea Park). There are a lot of nice neighborhoods along University, in Waterford/Avalon, Cypress Springs, Along Econlockhatchee and in Oviedo and Winter Springs that have nice options.
