Flagler County (debatable whether it ought to be considered Central Florida or North Florida) has a notable Russian community as well as a Polish community that dates back several generations. The community of Korona between Bunnell and Ormond Beach was founded by Polish immigrants.

Over here on the west coast of Florida, we have pretty large Slav communities. St Pete and Tampa have several Ukrainian & Russian churches. I know of a Serbian one up in Dunedin too. Of course, presence of churches doesn't necessarily denote a large community, but it is pretty well known that there are a good amount of Slavs in our area.
