Here's a link. In the middle of the page you'll see a list of different areas of employment. If you click on an area you are interested, it will tell you a little about the job, the hourly wage and a button that says, "Apply Now." Also, Look to the left and you'll see another link, "How to Apply."

Good luck to your son!

I cannot find where it says to register.

Yeah, like any job, there is good and bad.
I work there, so do my husband and daughter. I don't think it's ruined our feelings about Disney but it has definitely made us realize they are a lot like many huge companies today, way more interested in their profits than their employees. You have to be ready to work some crazy hours and most holidays, the pay is awful and you'll need the patience of a saint. On the other hand, you'll be part of the big Disney family and get to experience things you won't believe. I always feel priviliged to be walking through the empty park at 1:00 a.m. Even if I am an exhausted, sweaty mess. Plus, you'll get yelled at in many interesting foreign languages!

Default I completely disagree with this statement.

I have done 2 internships with them and if anything for me made the parks more magical to go into. We would work and when we got off our shift we would pick a park and go play. On days off, same deal pick a park and go play. Now when I visit with my family I get to play tour guide and tell them little tid bits of info about the parks.

Default Know what you are getting into first

The thing I notice about what everyone is saying is that it seems like it is a surprise that the pay is low and the hours are long. Disney is up front about how much you will make and the hours you may have to work. Think out a plan of what you want from your Disney experience so when you talk to a recruiter you can ask the right questions so you wont be surprised. Patience may be the key too. You may have to start with a less dreamy job but they do have a system in place to move people around. Remember its difficult to get those "Awesome" Disney jobs (meaning great pay great hours and always fun no headaches) because so many people want them. There are so many amazing positions at Disney that it is only up to you how far you can take yourself with them. My friend was working Kilimanjaro's Safaris at Animal Kingdom for years and then got a dream job of Concierge at the Animal Kingdom lodge. She loved the safaris and still works shifts there from time to time but her new job she loves even more. She gets to share her information about the parks and whats best for you with people from all over the world. It really is an amazing place but you have to be willing to accept that they have rules and if you follow their rules you can do well but if you try and rebel you wont like your job and you wont go anywhere with it.
