Thanks for your speedy reply - we were thinking of renting in Summer Cove or Sawyer Estates until we can find a house as we get familiarized with the area. I keep ready that the Lake Nona area is good place to go...

Lake Nona is a nice area, i sourced a property for a family just over a year ago over there and they are closing in 2 weeks time on a property i found for them to purchase. It has good links with 417 and if you go far enough up Narcosse rd your in orange county as oposed to Osceola and you dont have to deal with all the touristy area on a daily basis..;-)

Good luck

I just did a quick search online and didn't find any listing there? Why woudl that be? Is it an area as opposed to a town? Can you tell me the average price range? What about info on employment etc? My husband is a blue collar worker... Additionally, what about rentals in the area until we are ready to buy?

To be honest, im not sure why you cant find anything simply because im a realtor i have a system which shows all propertis to buy or rent in the area. In terms of Jobs, i really wouldnt be qualified to answer that and perhaps someone rading this who actually lives in the area would be able to assist with that. In terms of pricing i have seen properties ranging from $1000- $2000 in the area and it depends on what your looking for.
