Can someone tell me why it is so hard to find a rental home in the Orlando area? We have been looking at homes in Solivita and Royal Harbor but for some reason property managers don't seem to return phone calls. Do these people want to rent the homes or not? Guess I am gettting a little frustrated and felt the need to vent but if anyone can offer any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

I would have to say from all the foreclosures that people need a place to live and they do not want to go back to an apartment. I have not had a vacancy for almost 2 years except turn around on 20 + houses. What do you need I will put the word out.
