i have a nice brick home in michigan that is for sale; unfortunately property is not moving in this area. i retired last year and would like to move to a senior community in florida. they have such nice mobile home parks but most of them charge a monthly lot rent which increases annually. i would like to purchase a newer model in a resident owned park so that i won't have the rental burden. if anyone in florida is moving to the michigan area and would consider a comparable property swap, i would be interested in hearing from you. or, suggestions on resident owned parks would be appreciated. thanks from an oldster in michigan.
