Condo Association problems
Which condo properties are having problems with the association and/or developer with defaults, maintenance, warranties?

Lots of them, you want to narrow things down for us though for specific info, like area or specific properties your looking at?
Just about all associations are having problems with foreclosure properties paying their share of dues, some are worse than others though.
