Default Input on Oviedo Neighborhoods
Need input on the following streets : Deer Oak Cir, Safflower Terace and Royalwood Ln. Sorry I dont have development names but these have houses we are thinking about. Thanks

Safflower, Is located in the Sanctuary, very nice as I live there.

momandmore is on a distinguished road
Safflower Terrace is located in the Sanctuary, which is where I live. Deer Oak Circle is in Live Oak Reserve, which is a subdivision directly across the street from the Sanctuary and is equally as nice. Royal wood Lane is located in Kingsbridge. I am not sure if it is Kingsbridge West or East. West is nicer than East. I hope this helps you make your choice!
