Researching different areas of Oviedo. So far Live Oak and Santurary sound great. However just saw a posting for a darling house but havnt heard of this area yet. Any feedback would be very helpful. Thanks.

I live in a neighborhood connected to Lakes of Aloma. It is small and very nice. It is just off of 417 and Aloma - basically at the corner of Dean Road and Aloma. Schools there are good too. The only down side to living there is there is a closed Winn Dixie right there on the corner of Dean and Aloma and no-one knows what that property is going to end up being - it's for sale - however, it is a very nice and safe area.

I agree with the previous posting. I have not heard anything negative about Lakes of Aloma. I know people who live there and are happy with it. However, if you like Sanctuary or Live Oak, in today's market you can get an awesome deal in either of these developments and still be in the newer section of Oviedo.
