Floridabrit is on a distinguished road
That side of Winter Springs is lovely. We lived off Tuskawilla Road for 9 years. I'd highly recommend it.

I live nearby to there, but hadn't driven down Dyson until last weekend. It is a beautiful neighborhood. Older homes with bigger yards and mature trees. Excellent schools.
