I live in 32818 and have never had any problems in my neighborhood.

I could agree with 32818, but I do not know of any parts of 32808 that are nice. I also do not study the zip codes extensively. I think that in some parts over there it gets nicer west of Hiawassee and in others not until Apopka-Vineland ish. In most of those instances I think the ZIP is 32818 or 34761 not 32808.

32746 & 32708 finished #4 & #31 in Money Magazine's Best Places to Live. Both are awesome places to live. I live in 32746. I taught for seven years in 32708. You can't go wrong with either.
