If you are talking about the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute, it seems like it is located near the junction of the Florida Turnpike and the Beachline (State Road 528), near the Florida Mall. This is definitely a neighborhood that you would not want to live in, though it is a good area to shop. In my opinion, more desirable areas would include Conway, Lee Vista, Lake Nona or Hunter's Creek. These are probably the closest, yet more reputable areas near MMI.

Southchase or Dr Phillips would be good too. Little bit farther but doable.
