Default Monterey Lake Apartments
I'm looking for apt for rent within 6 miles of disney, I came across Monterey Lake Apartments which their rent is within my budget, but I'm just wondering any one have experience with them, ApartmentRate.com is very bad for the last 3 ratings.

Any suggestion of good Apt below $800/month for 1 bedroom in the 32821 or 34741 zip code which I assume close to Disney.

Appreciate help and suggestions

34741 is further from Disney than 34746 and 34747.
32821 is close, as well as 32836 and 32819.
