Davenport/Kissimee 2 month rental for young family?? (Orlando, Kissimmee: vacation, zoned)

Looking to book vacation rental in Orlando for Jan & Feb. Most vacation rentals are in communities zoned for this use in Davenport or Kissimee. Im looking for nice, clean, safe neighborhood for younger professional family. ITs not important to us to be close to thme parks etc. Are these areas appropriate for a young professional family? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Davenport is a great place to get a vacation rental. It's really close to the parks but still quite and safe. The 34747 (Celebration/Formosa Gardens) area code of Kissimmee is also a great place to get a rental.

My inlaws have a fabulous 5 bedroom rental in Davenport. I know they rent through an agency. I can get more info for you if you are interested. I have been there a couple times. It's completely furnished down to the washer/dryer and has a nice pool with screened porch. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything.........Colleen
