I have had terrible luck getting Orlando property management offices to return my calls about houses listed for rent. Can anyone give a recommendation for a responsive property management office? Or can anyone refer me to a website that individual owners use to list house/duplex/townhome rentals?

we listed our home on craigslist and rentals. we got plenty of calls. And when we rented our home in NC, we used the same sites, and also just drove through neighborhoods looking for "for rent" signs. Found a decent home in no time. The woman we are renting from was in the same position we were in - leaving for a job and couldn't sell.
take a look there - you can probably save money. Mgt co's take about 10% of the rent. we looked into a mtg co to rent our home, but their fees were too high. Some even wanted 800-1000 additional to find a renter. |
