Default Need to find a daycare

Hi All,
I live on Bumby Ave near the Beefy King and 408. I'm looking for a daycare for my 2 year old (3 in December). I work on 17-92 and Semoran and right now he's going to First Steps of Learning. I chose it because it was close to my job and seemed to be a pretty good place, but he's been there since December now and I'm seeing any growth.

I feel like all he does is play all day. He's doesn't know his colors, can't count to 5, etc. When I talked to the school, they brushed me off as he was just a baby. I might have accepted this had they not been so rude but he was attending a La Petite before this and they taught him body parts (eyes, mouth, ears, etc) and he was singing his ABC's so I knew they were doing something. Plus every day he comes home he is filthy. When I complained about this, they said "little boys get dirty". I can understand a spot or two but sometimes he's completely covered in dirt - are the teachers just standing arouns while he rolls in the dirt?

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
