Default Lee Vista Center?

Does someone know any information about this? I know that part of the Lee Vista Center is on Hazeltine National Dr, but there are signs all on what seems to be old farm land on Lee Vista Rd/Judge Road between 436 and Conway Rd. Is all of that land eventually going to be developed for office complexes or something? Just curious...

Yes, the Judge family owns significant acreage at the intersection of Judge and Conway. They are a good family and have many options and desires for that land. They are being approached by several concerning various types of development. There are also plans being considered for the acreage on the southeast corner where there's a church with 5 acres or 7 acres, 5 acres still owned by the Judge family, and then some acreage held by a nursery. There are about 50 acres at the northeast corner of Judge and Conway (if you're coming from Hoffner heading south on Conway), some of which apparently cannot be built upon, but I'm not sure the reason for that is due to wetlands, so that is a consideration. I understand Publix at one time wanted to purchase some of that acreage, but an agreement couldn't be reached, so the new store ended up at the shopping center at the intersection of Hoffner and Conway.

Speaking of which what is to become of that land off the corner of Lee Vista Blvd & 436. Appears they were started to build something then stopped. All they did was lay asphalt.
