32789 - Very nice, established, "old money" area. It is a cultural hotbed with a lot of nice sidewalk cafes along Park Ave, a major College and beautiful lakeside mansions. It is one of the more expensive places to move to in the area.

32792 - Just east of 32792. It will carry a Winter Park Address but is outside the actual area that people refer to as Winter Park. The homes are more ranch-style and dated in appearance, some are kept up better than others. There are some nice areas west of Semoran, but some of the areas in this ZIP, mainly toward the eastern edges, are a little rougher and hit or miss. For the most part, the area is still a good and safe option though.

32804 - College Park is within this zip code and is also very nice and well established like 32789, but is a lot less stuffy than Winter Park. It is surrounded on at least two sides by some worse off areas that result in some property crime and other issues, but it is still a pretty nice place to be. There are some great restaurants and urban markets along Edgewater in the area and more beautiful lakeside homes and parks. I really like this part of town, but I think the crime is higher than an area like this would normally have because of its location. The local high school here is also not the best performing school in the city (Edgewater HS).

32703 - This is the ZIP code for Apopka and the areas around it. Apopka is kind of a dumpy town on the outskirts of the metro area. Areas around downtown and South Apopka are not very nice, but there are much nicer areas NW, North, and NE of the downtown area as you get closer to the Wekiva or Zellwood areas. I do not know how much driving you would be doing or what you are looking for, but this area is much different from the other 3 ZIP codes. It is much more rural/suburban than the others. Based on the location and proximity to some more rundown areas of Apopka, I would not say it is that much safer either. As you get closer toward Wekiva/Longwood/Heathrow/Lake Mary it is a nicer area than Apopka itself.
