My husband and I are renting a place in the Lake Nona area and we need to know what companies to contact for the utilities? We are looking for electric, water, sewer, gas, cable. If you have any info that would help that would be great.

If you are in the City of Orlando it would be OUC.. I suspect Nina is the county and Progress is your energy co. a call to either will quickly resolve the query.

The City of Orlando has annexed the Lake Nona area...those taxes are important! I am in the city limits while there are areas north and west of me....actually much closer to downtown that are in the county. However, although we are in the city limits, our water is Orange County and our utility company is Progress Energy. We use Bright House for cable and digital phone service.
