Monthly Rentals?!?! --- Child/Tween-Friendly (Orlando: extended stay, condos, hotels)

Any thoughts or finds for monthly rentals without the hotel fees and/or without renting a room out of a house?

I have already discovered that most rooms for rent are not child/tween-friendly at all. My daughter and I also require the place to be night owl friendly, since we are apt to take trips to day trips and stay out late. No Matter how quiet we can be, opening and closing the front door still makes the tiniest bit of noise.


It would be great with the place was weekly rent, since that would allow us to move out into our permenate (sp) place, if lucky enough to find that in less than a month's time.

I suggest looking in the classifieds. Orlando Sentinel or even Craigslist.com. Good luck.

Such as you are coming down for vacation for a month? I know some places on Vrbo.com has listings where people/companies rent out their condos and such by the week as well as by the month and some of them even rent out 6 months at a time, you might want to check there.
