Keep in mind Davenport was and still is a huge short term rental area and so is developed and catered to the tourism market. Clermont is nice, but the access isnt fantastic and can get very busy. I generall recommend areas like Windermere/winter Garden because the schools are excellent, great access to anywhere you would need to go, a fantastic new shopping area, nice and quiet. I am a realtor but to be honest we love it so much we live here and i wouldnt recommend anywhere that i wasnt prepared to live myself. +For schools you will here people talk about Seminole county and it is true, but beare, not every school is great there, and you can quite easily find oher excellent schools in other parts of Orlando.
Good luck |
