I'm going to Disney next weekend... is it going to be many people now during this season? It's my first time.

It is, historically, peak season. That being said, I was just down there a couple of weeks ago and we ventured into the Magic Kingdom. We couldn't stay long--so we ate lunch and got in line for the Haunted Mansion. Even though it was "peak" season, HM was walk on. And this was around 2 in the afternoon when, from prior experience, we're getting ready to leave a park because it's getting so crowded.
Don't know if it's the economy or what.

Get ready to sweat Florida summers are steamy. IMO the best time to go is the winter months.
